How Engagements Typically Work
Most of my work involves ongoing advisory or coaching relationships with founders and CEOs.
Engagements are typically structured as monthly retainers and begin with a minimum commitment of several months so that we have time to build trust and make meaningful progress.
We usually meet every two to three weeks, with additional conversations as major decisions arise.
Between sessions, I’m available for brief calls or messages when a quick sounding board is helpful.

Some leaders engage me primarily for executive coaching, while others work with me as a strategic advisor on major business decisions — including growth strategy, partnerships, acquisitions, raising capital, and preparing for or navigating the sale of their company.
