The most effective leaders I know aren't just skilled at business — they're deeply self-aware. They understand how their thinking shapes their decisions, how their patterns show up under pressure, and how their work and life are inseparable from each other.

​My coaching is built on that belief. I work with founders and CEOs who are ready to examine not just what they do, but how they think, lead, and show up — in the boardroom and beyond. Together we explore your growing edges, surface blind spots, and build alignment between your values, your intentions, and your actions.

I begin every coaching relationship with a simple assumption: you are whole, resourceful, and fully capable of sustained growth. My role isn't to fix you or tell you what to do — it's to draw out your own wisdom, challenge the narratives that may be holding you back, and help you stretch into your highest capacities.

What coaching with me looks like

My coaching services draw on three decades of leading high-growth businesses combined with an executive certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. I employ a strengths-based approach of assessment, challenge, and support designed to help you master new attitudes and behaviors. Throughout each engagement, I partner with you to explore your aspirations for work and life; analyze current competencies, behaviors, and leadership style; and determine steps to implement the changes you seek. All coaching engagements include:

My coaching philosophy is based on the assumption that you are wise, resourceful, and highly knowledgeable about the nature of your own personal and professional development. Therefore, my primary role is to draw out your wisdom through inquiry, curiosity, gentle provocations, and challenges that help you stretch into your best capacities.

I also seek to establish a mutual understanding regarding the dynamics of your organizational culture in order to help you observe how that environment might influence your behavior (and vice versa). My role as a coach is distinct from therapy or counseling. However, our coaching sessions may address personal issues or life conditions that impact your professional effectiveness.
